RUIN.OS — TERMS & REWARDS AGREEMENT

1. What Ruin.OS is. Ruin.OS is a free-to-play game and rewards program operated by [serum vena llc] ("we," "us"). Anyone can play for free — no purchase is ever required to play or to earn rewards. Based on how you play, you may earn (a) discounts in our store and (b) commission rewards when your in-game "spells" are matched to real orders. This is a skill-based rewards program — not gambling, a lottery, or a game of chance. There is no wager, entry fee, or purchase required to participate or earn.

2. Rewards are a privilege, not a right. All rewards — discounts, spells, commissions, leaderboard prizes, anything else — are provided at our discretion. We may change, pause, or end the program, or change any rates, thresholds, or rules, at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Fair play. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts/automation, manipulate scores, create multiple or fake accounts, or otherwise abuse the game or rewards system.

4. We can revoke rewards. We may withhold, reduce, reverse, cancel, or refuse any reward, discount, spell, commission, or payout — and suspend or terminate your account — if we suspect, in our sole discretion, cheating, fraud, abuse, exploitation, or any violation of these terms. Our decisions on these matters are final.

5. Payouts. Commission rewards are paid through Stripe. To receive a payout you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), complete Stripe's identity verification, and provide accurate information. Payouts are subject to a minimum amount and may be delayed or withheld pending review. You are solely responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. We are not responsible for problems caused by Stripe, your bank, or inaccurate information you provide.

6. No purchase necessary. Playing and earning rewards never requires you to buy anything or pay us money.

7. "As is" / liability. The game and rewards are provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the rewards actually owed to you at the time.

8. Changes. We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after we post changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Nevada], USA.
